Our mental health is our most important asset.
Peter Thompson offers one to one and couples counselling/psychotherapy.
Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy is a humanistic, person centred approach to counselling and therapy. This approach uses different methods including active listening, talking, mindfulness, working with dreams, body work and expression work.
Many people carry with them unresolved traumas and painful memories that inhibit them from reaching their true potential. Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to address these issues in a safe, confidential environment and assists in living a more meaningful and fulfilled life. Additionally, the time provided by psychotherapy may simply be an opportunity to reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Psychotherapy can help to relieve the suffering caused by stress, burnout, physical and nervous conditions or mental and emotional problems. It is particularly helpful for anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, tension, sexual dysfunction, relationship difficulties, infertility, pre and post operative conditions, phobias, grief and bereavement.
